This hands-on professional development session guides teams in using Finding The Why within The Why Toolkit® to move from observation to meaningful understanding. Participants will learn how to apply the Wave of Distress to interpret behavior through a nervous system lens and use structured observation tools and assessments to identify developing skills, stressors, triggers, adult responses to behavior, and neuroinclusive needs. Through guided practice, teams will learn how to organize information in a shared, consistent way that clarifies root cause and directly informs proactive, supportive systems. Participants will leave with a common language and a clear understanding of how to use the tool in real-world settings.
